I took a picture with the screen on and it shows lines in the picture, those lines in the screen are not actually there, just shows that way in the photo. No cracks or lines in screen Plastic covers on both sides are popping off of left and right side of front of TV, shown in photos. There is dust on the inside of tv. This unit has been tested and works as intended. NO REMOTE
