This is part of an Ashkenazi Torah scroll containing Leviticus 3:8 through Leviticus 6:7. It seems to have originated in central Europe and includes “tagin” or crowns. It is on Vellum and measures 9.75 inches high by 12.75 inches long. This was originally part of a complete Torah scroll. This manuscript contains four columns.
