It powers on and displays. It has an issue with closing the disc tray and does not seem to recognize the DVD we tested. It may otherwise work fine if using USB or SD Cards, but we did not test that and do not have a remote control to fully operate it. It is sold "as is" and for parts or repair. We ship the same business day in most cases.
