Motorola Startac Vintage Flip Phone W/ Original Diamond Mobile Packaging. I kept it in the packaging because it would have messed up the package to open it. It is sealed on the sides of the packaging. The paper seal on top is broken. The back indicates it was refurbished in 2004. It a 1990’s phone. Packaging shows outer wear. Please NOTE: this should be considered a collectible. I don’t believe it can be used because the carrier is obsolete and other carriers don’t have the network to carry this phone. Thank you.
